MCP provides access to aggregated public environmental/regulatory data, derived compliance indicators, search/mapping tools, an analyst chat feature, and subscription email alerts, for business and professional use.
Sign-in is by email magic-link. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email account you register and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-export the Service beyond provided export features; resell or redistribute the data as a competing dataset; reverse-engineer the Service; use it unlawfully; or share a single-seat login across an organization beyond agreed terms.
The Service relies on third-party public data that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and includes computed/derived indicators that are interpretations, not official determinations. The Service is informational and does not constitute legal, regulatory, engineering, financial, or professional advice. See the Disclaimer, incorporated by reference. Verify against official sources before acting.
Underlying public data remains public. The Service's compilation, derived indicators, scoring methodology, software, and presentation are owned by Winschel Environmental, LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits/opportunities, arising from use of the Service. (Counsel to set aggregate cap — commonly fees paid in the prior 12 months.)
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms. (Counsel to scope.)
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
